Phased two-part project on Wilshire Blvd in L.A. included building 5,500 sf of new upscale office space with high speed data capability, relocating existing office personnel, and then stripping out the interiors of the existing 6,000 sf office space and rebuilding that space to match.  This project enabled National Geographic to double its office space, expand into new space, and avoid a single lost time day. Total interior construction 11,500 sf performed under a fixed fee design-build agreement.
